When a space needs more than a refresh, we take it down to the framing and rebuild it right: new layout, new systems, new finishes, one accountable team.
A gut renovation is the most complex job most owners will ever take on. Structural changes, new plumbing and electrical, inspections, and dozens of finish decisions all have to land in the right order. We plan the sequence before we swing a hammer, so the project moves forward instead of in circles.
Whether it is a pre-war co-op, a Brooklyn row house or a multi-family building between tenants, we coordinate the trades, keep the job site clean and keep you updated at every milestone.
